Our minimum opening order is $150.
We require that you purchase a minimum of 4 per design. 

Payment terms: We accept checks, money orders, visa and mastercard. A $35 returned check charge fee is due if for any reason the check is returned to our bank.
Shipping: Our rate for the continental US will be approximately 7.5% of the invoice with a $10.00 minimum. Orders outside the continental US slightly higher. Email for rates.
Returns: Absolutely No Returns Without Prior Approval! If the return was caused by an error on our part or is defective, we apologize and of course will work with you to correct the problem to your satisfaction. If, however, the merchandise is being returned for other reasons i.e. overstock etc. we would expect you to pay the shipping charges associated with the exchange of product. Thelma L Hamilton Designs reserves the right to cancel any order, or portion of that order.
Left-Overs: At the end of the season if you have any left-over ornaments call us for return authorization and packaging suggestions. Upon their safe arrival they will be inspected and we will give you credit towards future purchases. The ornaments returned must be in good saleable condition.
